3Pricing & Quotations

4Payment
Payment methods and due dates are stated on the quotation or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is required before project work begins and the remaining balance is payable before final launch or handover.
5Service Delivery
Project timing depends on scope, client input, approvals and third-party dependencies. The anticipated timeline is communicated in the quotation, proposal or project correspondence. Delays caused by missing client content or changed requirements may extend the delivery period.
6Cancellation, Refunds & Consumer Rights
Project cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Terms & Conditions. Nothing published by Lemon Designs, also known as Lemon Web Designs excludes a mandatory right that a consumer has under the Consumer Protection Act, ECTA or another applicable South African law. Where a reasonable cancellation charge is permitted, it will be assessed with regard to the circumstances allowed by law.
